School Holidays

Westfield Centre

South Elmsall Town Council, South Elmsall Community Facilities Ltd and Westfield Centre Food Bank are setting up this scheme.

Most of us, looking back, probably have good memories of school holidays. A welcome break from the day-to-day classroom work, time to relax with family and friends, maybe go on holiday or just enjoy the break. But for those families who are struggling financially, the holidays bring with them even greater pressure.

Children who are normally at School Monday to Friday are at home, needing to be fed. That is why we are inviting families to register with the Westfield Centre on 01977 642335 for the free school holiday lunch.

To qualify your child/children must be in receipt of a free school meal.

The scheme started in May 2017.
